The Culture Shift: BIPOC Arts & Innovation ID3A Jam aimed to bring together BIPOC artists, creatives, and cultural institutions in Berkshire County to identify challenges, share experiences, and collaboratively develop actionable strategies for a more inclusive and equitable arts and culture scene. Using the provided data from the various stations at the Idea Jam and applying the 9-point data analysis framework, this analysis seeks to uncover underlying themes, identify opportunities, and propose solutions to empower BIPOC artists and enrich the local arts ecosystem.
